Sruti Patnaik is a visionary technology leader recognized for guiding organizations through digital transformation, AI innovation, and large-scale business growth. Over her career, she has shaped IT strategy for major brands—including Ross Stores, Camping World, and Sportsman’s Warehouse—across industries such as retail, automotive,high-tech, manufacturing and insurance.
She is a trusted advisor to AI startups, an influential voice in the tech community, and a frequent keynote speaker. Beyond technology, Sruti is deeply committed to education as the Founder and President of Twinkle Academy, a nonprofit that has empowered children’s learning for more than 25 years.
